A microdosing practitioner provides education, guidance, and support for individuals exploring microdosing psychedelics/plant medicines, in a safe, intentional and informed way.
My role is to walk alongside you throughout the process, helping you approach it with clarity, structure, and awareness. I offer support around preparation, protocol, and integration, while holding space for whatever may come up along the way.
Through this work, I help you build supportive habits, process emotional shifts, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
-
I provide personalized guidance before, during, and after your microdosing journey. This includes helping you clarify your intentions, creating a supportive protocol, and offering ongoing integration support as shifts arise.
Our work together is highly individualized and may include a range of modalities such as visualization, breathwork, meditation, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation techniques.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is at the core of my work. Each session includes a custom-tailored EFT practice designed specifically for your goals, patterns, and emotional landscape.
My approach is grounded, intentional, and integrative. I don’t view microdosing as a quick fix, but as a tool. One that, when paired with the right support, can help you create real, lasting change.

Microdosing is the practice of taking very small, sub-perceptual doses of a psychedelic substance on a consistent schedule over a period of time.
“Sub-perceptual” means you are not meant to feel high or impaired. Instead, the goal is to support subtle shifts in mood, awareness, and behavior.
When done intentionally and with clear goals, microdosing can help you move through stuck patterns and create meaningful change over time.
-
Microdosing may support increased neuroplasticity, your brain’s ability to form new patterns and pathways.
Many people report improvements in areas such as:
Anxiety and overwhelm
Low mood or depression
Focus and clarity
Emotional regulation
Creativity and problem-solving
Processing grief or life transitions
While experiences vary, microdosing can be a supportive tool for those looking to feel more present, resilient, and connected in their daily lives.
-
No. When properly dosed, Microdosing should not make you feel high or impaired.
The intention is to take a low enough dose that you can go about your normal daily activities. Working, parenting, and functioning as usual.
-
It’s often less about what you feel, and more about what you may notice less of.
Many people report:
Less anxiety or emotional “stickiness”
Reduced overwhelm or reactivity
A greater sense of calm or clarity
You may also notice subtle shifts such as increased awareness, improved focus, or the ability to observe your thoughts more objectively.
Some days, you may not feel anything noticeable at all—and that’s completely normal.
At times, emotions can come to the surface. When that happens, it’s an opportunity for processing and integration, which is where support becomes especially important.
-
Yes. When done responsibly and at an appropriate dose, Microdosing should not interfere with your ability to work, care for your children, or handle daily responsibilities.
Parenting may even feel easier while Microdosing as some report feeling more emotionally grounded and stable!
That said, everyone responds differently, and part of the process is learning what feels supportive and appropriate for you.
-
We begin with an intro call to determine if we’re a good fit and which level of support is right for you.
From there, most clients enter a structured container (such as a 6-week program), where we meet weekly for 1:1 sessions.
You’ll receive guidance around protocol, along with ongoing support between sessions via text or email.
I also offer standalone EFT sessions, as well as more intensive support options.
For those interested in deeper work, I offer limited trip-sitting experiences, which include preparation sessions, day-of support, and integration afterward. (Application required.)
-
Some people notice subtle shifts within the first couple of weeks and sometimes even within days. While for others it may take more time.
Microdosing is not a quick fix. It’s a process that works best with consistency, intention, and integration. The most meaningful changes tend to build gradually over time. I promise, it is worth it!
While many clients begin within a structured container (such as 6 weeks), the goal is for you to feel resourced, informed, and empowered to continue on your own.
-
Microdosing is not for everyone, and safety is an important part of this work.
It may not be appropriate for individuals who are pregnant, taking certain medications (such as SSRIs), or with certain mental health conditions.
This is why guidance, education, and a thoughtful approach are essential. If needed, I encourage clients to consult with a qualified healthcare provider.
-
Laws surrounding psychedelic substances vary depending on location. I encourage you to research the current regulations in your state or country.
I do not provide or sell any substances. My role is to offer education, guidance, and integration support only.
-
No, I do not provide or supply any substances.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions and sourcing. My work focuses on support, education, and integration.
-
Microdosing may be a good fit if you are:
Open to self-exploration and personal growth
Willing to engage in the integration process
Looking for support in shifting patterns or navigating a life transition
The best way to determine alignment is through an intro call, where we can explore your goals and assess whether this approach feels supportive for you.
-
This work may not be a good fit for those:
Looking for a quick fix without doing deeper inner work
Unwilling to take personal responsibility for their process
With certain medical or mental health conditions where microdosing may not be appropriate (this can be assessed within our intake questionnaire.)
